The permanent secretary, health services and environment Dr Babagana Adam has charged staff of the FCTPHCB to work as team in order to achieve result.
Dr Adam gave the charge at a general meeting with the staff and management of the Board.
He regretted that the board has not achieved its maximum potentials due to attitudinal issues.
He promised to clear every structural obstacles that inhibits the board’s activities.
The Acting Executive Secretary of the FCTPHCB Dr Ruqqaya Wamako expressed gratitude to the permanent for the visit and promised that the staff of the board are determined to achieve the statutory mandate of the board.
At the meeting, staff of the board interacted with the permanent secretary and pointed out areas that needs to be improved for the smooth operation of the board.
